Can graduate students apply?

I'm seeing that eligibility requires employment by an organization. As graduate students, are we considered employed by the university we work at?

 Yes, grad students are eligible in general. But, as you mention, must be employed by an organization. If you are employed by your university, this satisfies the eligibility criteria.
