When sharing your data with ADDI, there are a number of technical options to consider.
1. How will researchers access your data?
Level 0: all data files will be delivered to the workspace of an approved researcher; a copy of the data files will be held at ADDI
Level 1: data files are stored with the partner and will be accessed by approved researchers in a federated manner; record-level data can be returned to the workspace
Level 2: data files are stored with the partner and will be accessed by approved researchers in a federated manner; only summary results can be returned to the workspace
2. What do you require from researchers when requesting your dataset?
ADDI offers a standard data access request (DAR) form but can customize based upon your requirements.
3. Who will be approving the data access requests?
Data partners have an auto-approve option, or any number of team members can receive the request notices in their email.
