Fox Insight data helps researchers create machine learning models to better understand Parkinson’s disease progression and predict diagnosis.
The Fox Insight data delves deep into the daily experiences and symptoms of more than 54,000 participants. It comprises three modalities of data—patient-reported outcomes, genetic information encompassing over 650,000 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP), and gut/stool microbiome data.
Research participants are divided into two cohorts: those diagnosed with Parkinson's disease and a control cohort. 7,642 variables were collected from more than 65 surveys (30 of which are longitudinal) and offer a comprehensive perspective on the intricacies of the disease.
