The Inbound Airlock
All uploaded files are first passed through the inbound airlock, where they are scanned for malware before being sent on to the pre-specified destination folder or Inbox (if no destination folder is set during upload). If malware is detected, the user will be notified that the file was rejected and not delivered to the workspace.
The Workspace Inbox
To access the workspace Inbox and retrieve uploaded files that have passed through the inbound airlock:
- Navigate to the Files tab in your workspace and click Inbox.
- You can accept or reject files in your Inbox. If you reject a file, it cannot be retrieved and must be uploaded again.
- Choosing to accept one or more files opens a dialogue box where you can select a destination folder in the workspace.
- Click confirm to move the items into the specified folder.
For files that had a specified destination folder set during upload:
- Navigate to the destination folder to access the file. It will appear there once it has passed through the inbound airlock.
