Article Mis-spliced transcripts generate de novo proteins in TDP-43-related ALS/FTD

Coordinated transcriptomic and proteomic studies of TDP-43 depleted iPSC-derived neurons to identify numerous peptides that mapped to cryptic exons. Mis-spliced proteins identified in iPSC neurons were verified in human ALS/FTD CSF and brain samples. Here, we provide the files used in the ribosome sequencing, mass spectrometry, proteomics, and long read RNA sequencing analyses for this study.
